What this site is
An independent archive of original BMW sales brochures, with technical specifications and model histories built on top of them. It is free, needs no sign-up and is not affiliated with BMW AG.
Where the data comes from
Fuel economy and emissions figures come from the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Vehicle identification data comes from the NHTSA vPIC database. Everything else — power, torque, acceleration, dimensions, weights, towing capacity, option packages and original prices — is taken from the factory brochures held in this archive, and every specification page links back to the document it came from.
Corrections
If a figure looks wrong, tell us and point at the source. Data that cannot be traced to a document does not belong here.
